Both games were hard fought but played in great spirit and the young blues were strong enough to come out on top in both encounters. The U10s, current P6s, played really well and in a close match they showed just how much they have all come on this year, especially in the second half.
The U11s, made up of U10 P7s and 1st years, had a week off from their league so this match was very welcome before playing league leaders Drumgath at home next week. This match was also a close one, but this group which will make up next years under 12s continued to “gel” and ran out eventual winners. Big thank you to Rostrevor for coming along.
