Unfortunately what has been a fantastic League and Championship season for the U16 footballers has ended on a disappointing note.
Expectations were high as the young blues set out for Clonduff on Saturday afternoon to play Mayobridge in the South Down U16A final. However the Warrenpoint boys did not play to their potential and on the day the best team won.
