Cumann Pheadair Naofa Under 12’s took the trip across the County border to County Armagh to Derrynoose for the annual Tommy Hughes Tournament.
Our Under 12’s played some fantastic football today and were very strong opposition to the opposing teams.
In their group stages they played Middletown, Keady and Maghery.
Due to some great individual and team performances our lads cames out top in the group and played Keady again in the semi final and were victorious. The young lads played Armagh Harps in the final.
The two sides showed really good determination and passion but our boys were just that bit stronger and came out with the win and took the cup home and made history in being the first team in down to win it.
