Our U10 footballers travelled the short distance to Burren on Saturday morning to take part in the annual Hospice Tournament.
The boys got of to a winning start and when the reached the semi final stages they faced tough competition from the host team, a beer tight game saw the blues run out winners & book themselves a place in the final. The final saw another derby game with the young blues facing neighbours Rostrevor, but this didn’t put the boys off! They put on some displays of great skill and ran out Winners in the end to a rapturous cheer from the crowd.
