For the third successive year, under the guidance of U-6 football manager Paul McClorey, Cumann Pheadair Naofa hosted a memorable U-6 Gaelic Football Tournament at Pairc Liam Uí Ír on Sunday 6 September 2015.
The aim of the tournament, which attracted teams from Rostrevor, Burren, Mayobridge, Ballyholland, Clonduff and host club CPN Warrenpoint, was to promote enjoyment, fair play and football for all. The Tournament games were played using the Go Games principles and the result was a very friendly family fun day atmosphere, where inclusiveness and participation were the core values.
Liam Howlett, Chairman of CPN Football Committee congratulated the participating teams, their mentors, their parents and the CPN club members who organized the event, on the tremendous success of the tournament, which was played in ideal weather conditions.
