The U-16 Football end of season presentations took place in the Clubrooms on Sunday 25 October following a very enjoyable day at ‘Bubble Football’ in Newry. U-16 manager Daniel Bird congratulated the boys on their commitment and dedication over the year. The Player of the Year award was awarded to the talented Ruairi McCormack who also made an appearance for the minors this year while Ryan Haughey was the deserving winner of the Most Improved Player of the Year. The U-16 footballers and Club Football Chairman Liam Howlett expressed gratitude to manager Daniel Bird and mentors Darren Rice, Gary McMahon and for their effort, time and commitment which they gave tirelessly throughout the year.
