Congratulations to Cumann Pheadaír Naofa Senior Hurlers Tom Daly, Mitch Murphy, Mark Rafferty, Chris Rooney, Conor Keenan, Óggy Murphy, James O’Hare & John O’Kane who have been selected to represent our club on the CPN/Ulster select team to play the Kilkenny legends on 21st November. This is a tremendous honour for the eight lads, who will now join up with the rest of the panel in Belfast for training on 25th Oct in preparation for the game of their lives next month.
Competition for a place on the starting fifteen will be fierce as the panel will be made up of some of the finest Hurlers Ulster has to offer, all vying to stake their claim for a starting spot on the first fifteen and get their chance to play against the likes of Tommy Walsh, Noel Hickey, DJ Carey, Charlie Carter & Henry Shefflin to name just a few.
