Cumann Pheadair Naofa minors travelled to Mayobridge for round four of the All County Division one league.
The blues started brightly with the returning Eoghan Byrne firing over a quick point to get the blues underway. The teams traded scores before Eoghan Byrne struck the net twice to open up a gap between the teams! Aaron McBurney and Eoin Carr added points before too late goals from Aaron and Korhee Hourican left a gap of 9 at the break. Half time score 4-7 to 1-7
Aaron McBurney added a goal at the start of the half which lead to a strong second half from the bridge. Mayobridge kicked into life and drew the blues back into two points at one stage. However the point minors had the determination to hold on and added points with Eoin Carr and Alan Booth hitting two points each in the half.
