The 2017 hurling season for underage players begins on 15 January for U8 hurlers who will travel to Dundalk to take part in a blitz and 29 January for U12 hurlers also in Dundalk.
These blitz’ have been organised by Ryan Gaffney Regional Hurling Development Officer in DKIT as part of an initiative to get teams from Armagh, Down, Louth and Monaghan to play team they have not met before and give them experience and get them started early in the season.
