Early Friday morning will see our u14s set off for west of Ireland to compete in this years Féile na nGael Náisiúnta all over Galway & the west. Their destination, the small rural village of Craughwell 20 minutes’ drive from the city just off the main Galway to Dublin road. As well as hosting our U14 lads, Craughwell will be hosting another U14
two hurling teams and a camogie team as well over the weekend, so the craic will be fantastic. Our boys, who won their own county Féile in style, will have their first two group game within hours of arriving at Craughwell, against Oranmore Maree of Galway at 5:15pm followed by Carlow Town Hurling club at 7:15pm. At 10 o’clock on Saturday morning the boys will have their final group game against their hosts for the weekend Craughwell in what is bound to be a well-supported match with the many travelling supporters and family from the Warrenpoint area planning to go to Galway for the weekend too, it promised to be a great weekend.
