The club has arranged for annual first aid and defibrillator training on Saturday 19 January 9.30am to 1.30pm in the clubrooms. There are 26 free places available and is an excellent chance for new coaches and mentors to ensure they have this compulsory training. This year again we have booked Pat O Hare from ‘Safe Hands’ who is a fantastic instructor and he will be focusing on real life scenarios such as common sports injuries, concussion, asthma attack, severe allergy, choking and cardiac arrest.
