Club School Liaison Officer, Anne McCormack represented Cumann Pheadair Naofa at a special Famine Commemoration event which was held in St. Dallan’s PS on Thursday 24 September. C2K along with Newry Mourne & Down District Council coordinated a live video conference which was broadcast from St. Dallan’s PS with special guest children’s author Marita Conlon McKenna. The conference was broadcast to all primary schools in Northern Ireland and there was a live video link to Jefferson’s Elementary School, Pittsburgh, USA whose special guest was former United States Ambassador to Ireland, Dan Rooney .Well done to Dallan’s staff and pupils
