Despite missing some key players the Warrenpoint U14 boys put on an impressive performance in their league encounter with An Riocht in Milltown. A large and vocal support were served up an entertaining match played in perfect conditions.
John Dalys charges looked well drilled, with some encouraging individual performances.
The An Riocht team were worthy opponents ,but a disciplined well marshalled Warrenpoint defence limited their shooting chances.
The final score of 4.16 to 3.06 leaves the Warrenpoint boys sitting second in the league along with, their next opponents, Ballyholland.
