In a New Year message to Cumann Pheadair Naofa members and friends, Cumann Pheadair Naofa Chairman Eugene Gallagher expressed appreciation to club members for their ongoing support and commitment to Cumann Pheadair Naofa. Looking forward to 2017, he stated that the club will build on the success and positive momentum of recent years.
“Going forward, I believe that we cannot improve our club, unless we inspire ourselves to better ourselves and our community inclusive club. The challenge therefore is, to assemble and create a collective team, that has vision, passion, a real sense of ownership and collegiate and a burning desire for continuous improvement. We must look for volunteer leaders throughout our various club activities, and adhere to implementing best practice.
A united team, with a common vision and purpose is required to deliver sustainable superior performance and growth for this great club, i.e. TEAM Cumann Pheadair Naofa, working Together Everybody Achieves More.
As we enter 2017, there is much excitement as we embark upon a new year, new volunteers, new initatives and lots in the pipeline, let’s recharge our batteries, build on recent positive momentum, avoid engaging in negativity, and move forward with confidence and self belief.”
