Plans are at an advanced stage for Campa Chormaic An tIúr agus Múrna which will take place at St. Colman’s College Newry from 4th – 8th July 2016. Cumann Pheadair Naofa Games & Development Officer Rónán McMahon is co-ordinator of the very popular Campa Chormaic.  Since founded, the Newry and Mourne camp in St Colman’s College has built on the successful camps in Tyrone, Derry, Antrim and in Down there are now have recorded unrivalled numbers attending. Many of those who attend are returning families, some of whom started off with just one boy or girl attending but now have 2, 3 or even 4 from some families attending.

This year the camp is going for a paperless application process which will make administration of the camp easier to manage and hopefully easy on parents too. It is a simple process. Please access the following link; http://campachormaic.com/camps/campa-chormaic-2016-county-down/. There are discounted rate for 3 or more kids from one family and when booking online a credit card will be needed to complete this process.
People are asked to please remember that there are a limited number of places and every year the camp has been sold out well in advance of the week so please don’t be disappointed and sign up as soon as you can. For further information please contact Ronan McMahon or visit the website.
