Earlier this week, our U12 Ladies made the short journey to Newry to play Bosco in the 5th round of the U12 League. During a tight first half, the young blues were leading at the half-time whistle following two brilliant goals from Katie Poland. However, despite their best efforts and some excellent play, Bosco ran out eventual winners at the end of the second half.
U12 manager, Liz Power, is delighted with the both the progress and positive attitude of all the girls who clearly are really enjoying playing football and improving with every session. Next up for the U12 Ladies is a home game vs Clonduff this Wednesday 22 May in St Mark’s – good luck girls!
