Friday saw all of Warrenpoint dancers take to the stage in St Malachys in Castlewellan to represent club and county in the Ulster Fleadh. First on the stage were the u15 dancers, both the girls and mixed teams danced beautifully in the Ceili four hand competition and were crowned double Ulster Champions to a delighted crowd.
Also progressing to the All Ireland Final in Drogheda are the senior ladies set, senior mixed half set and senior mixed four hand reel. Cultural officer Carmel McGrath said she was delighted at the team performances and looked forward to the All Ireland.
