Cumann Pheadair Naofa were saddened to learn of the death of our past senior committee member & football mentor John Cunningham. John, kindly referred to as John Davy was a past manager & member of senior management and an avid supporter of the club. John could be seen supporting the senior footballers at most matches and loved to see the blues winning. Cumann Pheadair Naofa paid tribute to John with a guard of honour at his funeral and a poignant minutes silence on Friday night in his beloved Moygannon before the senior game. We pass on our sincere condolences to his wife Rosemary and children, Marion, Yvonne,Sean, Linda, Paul, Lisa and Louise. May his soul rest in peace, Mary Queen of the Gaels pray for him.
