Congratulations to club member Anthony Cowan who won the Loughmacrory Contender Title last weekend.
In one of the most prestigious events in the Ulster handball calendar Anthony won through to the final, beating Mayobridge man John White in the semi final and then defeating Loughmacrory local Barry Fox in the final. This follows up Anthony’s annexing of a doubles challenger title a fortnight ago at the nationals in Castlebar.
