Cumann Pheadair Naofa Under 10’s travelled to Clonduff on Saturday 18th June to the Annual DANIEL ANDRE MEMORIAL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
Credit to all who organised the Tournament as all pitches were in immaculate conditions and 27 teams who travelled from Down, Armagh, Louth and Meath, were treated to a glorious day where the sun was out all day.
Our under 10’s had two teams entered into the competition under the Cup (P6’s) and Plate (P5’s). Both teams got a great outing and both played some fantastic football in this, their first competition of 2016. The older age group reached the Semi Finals of the Sheild competition and were narrowly defeated by Burren.
Next weekend sees our Under 10’s travel the short distance to Burren who host us in their own Under 10 Tournament.
