On Saturday the Ulster Councils Elevate Awards programme continued in Armagh City for Day 2 of this years programme.Day 2 was attended by Roisin Keenan, Katrina Kernan and Sean O’Hare.
The Day focused on Club and Community Planning and Marketing and Promoting your Club. Clubs from Donegal, Antrim, Armagh and Tyrone also attended the course.
The course focused on the importance of the club being run in a professional and forward thinking manner, planning ahead for club objectives and goals rather than acting on impulse.
This will allow the club to run itself in an efficient and effective manner and allow the club to run smoothly both on a financial level but more so to become a more inclusive club drawing in people from all walks of life.
Day 3 is based on Fundraising and Financial planning, the financial part will be delivered by Cumann Pheadair Naofas own Feargal McCormack.
