Both the Kilkenny and St Peters/Ulster Select Teams have been training hard ahead of Saturday’s match with both having their last training sessions on Saturday past. St Peter’s/Ulster manager Brian Murphy said his team are very excited about the game and have put in serious effort at training. He also thanked the boys for travelling long distances to make training sessions and praised them for their dedication.
Word is travelling fast with many hurling fans from across the Country expected to travel to Newry to see a once in a life time game of Hurling. Gaels are reminded that the event is ticket only and that tickets can be purchased on the day from the County Ticket van outside Pairc Esler.
