On Sunday the U10 team travelled to the playing pitches at Abbey CBS to play a number of matches against Newry Sharmocks. The young blues were split into two teams P5s & P6s.
The P5 team played extremely well against a very competitive Shamrocks side. The boys demonstrated a high work rate with some great passing which lead to a number of scores.
After a slow start the P6 team settled into the match and gave a strong performance, with some good passages of play. Their tackling and support play, which has greatly improved, resulted in a number of great team scores.
