Paudie O’Neill, National Hurling Development Chairman, confirmed for 2016 Summer Hurling & Camogie Week

Cumann Pheadaír Naofa hurling section are pleased to announce the return of the Newry Mourne and Down Council Summer Hurling & Camogie Week. This year club coaches will once again be joined by guest coaches from throughout Down and Ulster, the coaching highlight will be spearheaded by Tipperary native Paudie O’Neill. As recently as 2015 Paudie was a coach/selector of the Tipperary senior hurling team and is currently the chairman of the National Hurling Development Committee. The summer week will run from Monday 4th July to Friday 8th July from 10am to 1pm (registration from 9.45) in Milltown playing field. Cost £20 per child with a family rate of £10 per subsequent child. The week is open to members and non-members of Cumann Pheadaír Naofa, boys and girls aged 4 – 12+.
