A very enthusiastic Larry Byrne overcame a gallant Declan Doyle in the final of the historic inaugural CPN internal individual Senior Handball Championship. The competition, sponsored by PKF-FPM Accountants aroused much excitement and attracted twelve competitors. It is encouraging to note the growing interest in handball within Cumann Pheadair Naofa and new members are very welcome. During the past twelve months, the club assisted with the provision of a new single internal Handball wall in St. Mark’s school and it is planned to host handball sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the forthcoming months.
