Cumann Pheadair Naofa participated in the Family, Facts and Fun Day which was organised by Supporting People and Communitites Everyday (SPACE). The event took place in the Town Hall, Warrenpoint on Friday 30 October. The aim of the Halloween themed afternoon was for parents and guardians to access and gain knowledge of local organisations, sports clubs, businesses and charities within the surrounding area that may benefit their families. Cumann Pheadair Naofa display stand was hosted by Club secretary Anne McCormack assisted by Noreen Kelly and Aimee Kelly. Throughout the afternoon of fun Halloween activities, Cumann Pheadair Naofa were delighted to welcome patrons to the Club stand who enjoyed learning about the opportunities Cumann Pheadair Naofa offer to families, in games, community, health and wellbeing activities and culture, for the whole of family for the whole of life. On behalf of Cumann Pheadair Naofa, Anne expressed appreciation to Jacinta Linden, SPACE Director for the invitation to be part of this community event and congratulated Niamh McDonnell, Family Support worker, SPACE on the organisation of a highly successful Family, Facts and Fun Day.
